The CPS Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 9:00 to 10:30 AM ET, at the Westin Ottawa, in Ottawa, Ontario.
Join us to learn about CPS advocacy work, new programs and receive an update on the strategic priorities.
You will have the opportunity to engage in some “executive action” electing CPS Board members and celebrating the new CPS President, President Elect and Vice President as they step into their roles.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to vote on the following motion which is put forward by the Board of Directors to proactively manage the CPS’s finances going forward:
“That the CPS membership dues increase by small amounts each year and maintain an early bird renewal incentive as outlined in the attached rate table.”
A continental breakfast will be provided at 8:30.
